This filled-with-love documentary reviews the course of life of Dr. Tien, a prominent pro-Taiwan independence activist, and his wife. Animated re-enactment scenes of past events are beautiful. This film appeals also as a coming-of-age story which depicts how a tender-hearted girl grows into a determined, tough woman under harsh conditions.
